The nose on this wine is very precise, full of fresh red cherries and tart cranberries. On the palate, the vibrant red berry flavors blend with dried herbs and savory spice. The ample acidity adds nice structure leading to a long finish. A unique balance of elegance and power, this wine is delicious now, but has the structure and acidity for cellaring.
On the nose this wine is incredibly complex, showing cherry fruit, cola, baking spice, black tea and cedar wood. The palate has a firm structure, with white pepper and blood orange. The finish is long and rich. We expect this wine to age very well.
This wine has a beautiful golden straw color. The nose is packed with fresh cut green apple skin, pineapple, cinnamon, paprika, melon and hints of toasted oak. The palate is very rich and viscous followed by classic Sanford & Benedict structure and acid on the finish. With air the palate picks up a beautiful guava character followed by an extremely long finish reminiscent of flint and sea salt. This is a powerful chardonnay that balances great fruit, acid and structure.
This is one of the most wild and complex wines we have made. The wine is a mix of incredible spice and earth with deep rich fruit and mouthwatering acidity. The nose is teeming with lavender, pomegranate, forest floor, black tea and orange peel and is followed by wild strawberry, and guava. The palate is cool, refreshing and deceivingly long. There are also some of the classic Bien Nacido flavors throughout like white pepper and lavender. This wine should age very well. We recommend decanting if you plan drink it now.
